Fuller Lash Sets Anyone?

Are your Lash Sets not as full as you would like? Let's face it, we've all experienced a time where we just knew that we SLAYED a lash set only to be disappointed that the style you thought you created just didn't come out that way! Well here are a few tips to help you achieve the full Sets your heart desires 

1. Proper Isolation is KEY! As lash artist we are taught to isolate but they didn't explain to you that if you didn't isolate EVERY lash properly your Lash sets won't look as full and that can cause MAJOR damage to your clients lashes -ouch . Think about it , if your client has 100 natural lashes and you place a lash extension and you double most of the lash extensions you are cutting your set and potential of a full lash set in half! 

2. Coating the natural eyelash with adhesive is also something that can cause your sets to not look as full because they become stiff and coated with adhesive . I know majority of you have heard Dora the Explorers theme song "swiper no swipe" but I'm here to tell you that is NOT the answer. Your Lash extension should be applied to only the base of the natural lash , which will aid on the direction of the lash extension as well.

3. Inevitably, the more you extend the natural lashes in length, the more spaced out the tips of the lash extensions will be. By keeping lash extensions only 2-3mm longer than the natural lash, you will ensure that the lash tips remain close together. Volume extensions that are too long will appear thin at the tips, and no one wants spider legs on their eyes! If you want to add more than 2-3mm length, texturize the lash line by adding multiple focus points.  I hope this helps you get fuller lash sets!! Do you have any tips and tricks you wish to share?!
