L A S H Talk About Goals!! 

Goal Setting So you've been lashing your little heart out but haven't made the 6 figures they "sold" to you huh? So you're thinking maybe it's time to quit,decrease your prices or add on another service ? Now I'm not saying any one of those methods won't work,but one thing you can NOT do is think that someone else's way to to top will be yours! Truth be told , before I became a lash artist I would see the charts of "making six figures" by becoming a lash artist and would get excited too! But then my accounting background kicked in and said something isn't adding up! Now let's say you do have a GREAT client base and your goal is to make $1000 a week ( just hypothetically speaking) well if you're charging an average of $100 for a full set that means you will need a total of 10 New Full Set Clients a week! Not saying it isn't possible but your returning clients are the ones that are going to keep your business going and I'm sure you aren't charging $100 for a refill unless it's volume and your market area is paying that price. So instead of just only focusing on that money goal , focus on what it will take for you to reach that goal! Is it 5 refills and 3 newbies? If it 5 newbies and 3 refills?! Once you have this broken down then you will know how to market and set realistic goals for your business to thrive. When we have our goals mapped out it makes it much easier to see the LIGHT at the end of the tunnel! So let's some some goals this week! Write them down!! Figure it out!! What are your goals?!!
